Order & Payment
How do I order the Umweltfreund product?
Add the product to your shopping cart and make sure you have enough magnets. Enter your complete address and select a payment method. Your order will be processed after payment is received.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept PayPal, credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and others, as shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form . After that, changes are usually no longer possible.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does the processing take?
Processing takes between 1-4 days.
How long does delivery take?
- Germany: approx. 2–7 working days
- Europe: approx. 5–10 working days
- Outside the EU: from approximately 10 working days
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €50. International shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Exceptions: Hype can lead to processing and delivery delays.
During periods of high demand, delivery may take up to 28 days. We appreciate your understanding, as we are a start-up. Our goal is always fast and uncomplicated shipping.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return the eco-friendly item?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt (unopened/unused). Please contact us beforehand via the contact form .
Who pays for the return shipping?
Usually the buyer, except in the case of faulty or damaged items.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Product & Application
How do I find the right stick?
The stick should be at least hip-length and thumb-thick. Remove any protruding branches to create a stable pole. After use, you can leave the stick back in the forest. True to our motto: "Use nature to help nature!"
How does the Umweltfreund work?
- Unscrew the tip with the protective and dirt cap from the cone.
- Screw the tip onto the other side 3-4 times.
- Put the Umweltfreund on the stick and turn
- Remove protective cap & dirt cap – ready to pick up trash!
Care & Durability
How do I clean the Umweltfreund?
Rinse with lukewarm water and mild soap, then dry thoroughly. Do not put in the dishwasher or washing machine. Be careful not to cut yourself on the tip.
How long does it last?
With normal use and good care, it will last for several years. Spare parts are available if needed.

I – Arnaud – develop and ship the Umweltfreund myself. We work in an environmentally friendly way and in cooperation with the Elbe Workshops.
